Class Descriptions

Yoga Flow Deep  (45-55M)
Yoga Flow is based on Kripalu Hatha Yoga 3 - stage method.
First, the student begins to feel where the body is opened or closed. 
As you identify the wisdom in the body you develop core strength
and range of movement that feels comfortable to you.
In the second stage, you  begin to get into stronger and deeper postures.
The breath flows deeply and the mind is at peace.
In stage 3 we move to a deeper awareness of mind and body connecting.
With each class you will feel stronger, more confident, focused and centered. 

Fit Yoga (45-55M)
It's the Boot Camp of all Yoga. 
Yoga Postures with reps and weights, lunges and jumps, balance and spring back. 
Lock and seal, punch and kick, be a tree, point the arrow, and bend the bow. 
Infused with core moves: push ups, crunches, and teasers. 
Open to all.  It helps to know some yoga and have had some weight training.

Zoom-Bah with Suzi!!!! 45M
A dance and Stretch workout that is a neural muscular integrative activity
created to stimulate body and mind. 
Release your inhibitions, enjoy your creative spirit in this inspirational workout
practiced to fun eclectic music such as blues, jazz and island rock. 
No dance requirements, done in barefeet, just have fun and feel the joy!

Beginners Sculpt and Tone (45M)
These classes are for the total beginner.  They are 45 minutes long, so you can begin slowly.
Each class has a different format to cross train muscles. 
We will incorporate Yoga stretches, hand weights, resistance bands,
and Tai Chi for a total fit and focused workout.

Cardio Fit (45M)
Begin with squats and lunges using weights to sculpt and burn more calories. 
Then move to the Balls and resistance bands for zip. 
Try double leg lifts, scizzors, kicks, and crunches.
We polish the brass with Mat Pilates work and Yoga Stretches for a total body workout.
All levels can do this class.

Yoga for Weight Loss- Plus Size (45M)
You can do Yoga! Feel better about yourself with more energy. 
This class is inspirational and supportive. 
It's held in candlelit room with no mirrors. 
Bright colors and original art work lines the walls.   
We sit, stretch, take deep breaths, and relax.
We stand and stretch and balance while focused on the breath. 
Each posture is designed to strenghten, lengthen, and balance body. 
Breathing exercises and meditation is practiced to stay focused on our goals.
